Jember (TintaSantri.com) – The Regional Leadership Council of the National Mandate Party of Jember Regency, East Java, assessed that the failure of the plenary session to ratify the Regional Regulation on the Implementation Accountability Report (LPP) of the Jember Regency APBD, East Java, Fiscal Year 2021 will have a wide impact on the community.

“Our hope is that we all want the best. But again, our Council members can be even more mature, after changing regents twice. He-he is more understanding and understanding. As the chairman of PAN, I want the conduciveness in Jember to be maintained, the program to run,” said the chairman of the DPD PAN Jember Abdus Salam.

Salam hopes that there is some kind of good solution between the executive and the legislature. “What is clear is that it must be a win-win as well, so that all people can feel it,” he said.

Sunday (31/7/2022) tonight the plenary session of the ratification of the Regional Regulation on the Implementation Accountability Report (LPP) of the Jember Regency APBD, East Java, Fiscal Year 2021 was held again. Today is the deadline for the ratification of the regulation.

Previously, the plenary session for the ratification of the 2021 APBD LPP Regional Regulation could not be held, Friday (29/7/2022), because 20 members of the Jember DPRD were absent, so they did not meet the quorum for the trial participants. PAN legislator Agus Khaeroni was not present the other day. Meanwhile, Nyoman Aribowo, another legislator, arrived late. “Mas Agus Khaeroini had an agenda at that time,” said Salam.

DPD PAN Jember is busy with the East Java Regional Working Meeting in Surabaya. All administrators are present in Surabaya. The presence of Nyoman and Agus in the plenary session depends on whether or not the regional work plan agenda is completed. “But for the community, it is possible to be able to attend,” said Salam.
